Tuvaaluk Quaqtaq

Established in 1995, Kuvviti Fuel provides fuel and petroleum product distribution services in Quaqtaq, including the supply of home heating fuel. As an essential service provider in the community, Kuvviti Fuel supports residents, businesses, and organizations by ensuring reliable access to energy resources adapted to the realities of Nunavik.

Quartamiut Management Inc. is responsible for managing the two hotel properties of the Tuvaaluk Landholding Corporation, including hospitality operations, guest services, and property administration.

Opened in 2011, the Tuvaaluk Office Complex and Hotel is a multi-purpose facility owned by the Tuvaaluk Landholding Corporation. The complex combines modern office space, conference facilities, and comfortable accommodations under one roof.

The hotel offers seven guest rooms, each with a private bathroom. Guests also have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen and laundry facilities, providing a convenient and comfortable stay in Quaqtaq. Airport shuttle service is available upon request, providing convenient transportation between the airport and the accommodations.

A conference room is available for meetings, training sessions, and community events.

Completed in 2023, the Nuvuk Inn is a modern hotel owned by the Tuvaaluk Landholding Corporation. Designed to accommodate visitors, workers, and travellers to Quaqtaq, the hotel offers comfortable accommodations in a contemporary setting. Located near the airport, the Nuvuk Inn offers convenient access for travellers arriving in and departing from Quaqtaq.

The Nuvuk Inn features 28 guest rooms, 2 suites, and 2 fully equipped apartments, providing lodging options for both short-term and extended-stay guests.

The facility also includes a restaurant with a professional-grade kitchen and spacious dining room. The restaurant is not currently in operation.
